Making and using a budget is a central tenant of smart financial management, but learning about budgeting can often be confusing and boring for youth. In this course, students will begin by learning the differences between income, expenses, wants and needs. They'll explore the concept of opportunity cost and practice creating budgets for different situations. Finally, students will apply their knowledge through a budgeting simulation to test their skills!
