Can I register multiple students under the same email address?

Yes! Purchase as many courses as you would like with your email address. Once you have completed the process, you can select, "Manage Licenses" to add each student user to the courses.  To use the same email address, simply use the convention youremailhandle+studentusername@server.com.  For example, if your email is JaneDoe@gmail.com and you'd like your student's user name to be JohnD, you'l enter JaneDoe+JohnD@gmail.com for that student.  All email correspondence for that student will continue to come to your email address.

Can I register multiple students that have different email addresses?

Yes! Purchase as many courses as you would like using your information. If you would like your student to receive all of the course updates, simply select the first box under Required Acknowledgements: "Would you like to enter a separate email address for the student who will be taking the course? The email address provided will be used to send course login instructions and access information." Once you have completed the process, you can select, "Manage Licenses" to add each student user to the course. Simply register each student with their own First Name, Last Name, and Email address. Each student's registration information will be sent to their own email.

How do I Manage Licenses for course enrollments?

1. Select "Manage Licenses"

2. Select "Create a Student List"

3. Name the list based on whatever categories make sense for that group of students.

4. Select the Course(s) you'd like to add to the list.

5. Select "Add Students"

6. You may enter individual students, multiple students, or upload a csv file to add your students. Select “Add” or “Upload” under the method you choose.

7. Under Not Enrolled Students, select the student(s) you’d like to enroll and click, “Enroll Selected Students”

8. Select “Confirm Enroll.” Enrollment confirmation and instructions will be sent to your selected students.

Is there a deadline to complete the courses?

Yes! Right now, for the pilot, courses are available from May 1, 2026-September 30, 2026. If you'd like to renew your registration beyond September 30, you can go back to the registration page to re-register.

How can I redeem by badge rewards?

Badge rewards will be distributed the first week of every month while the promotion is live, i.e. June, July, August, September, October.  Badge rewards will be deposited into your Young Americans Bank Account.
